We are in the
corporate era right now. Peter Drucker died in 2005 and turned 96. He was born
as a person, consultant, professor, and journalist in the world of the corporate
world and mentor and thinker in government policymaking, and a role model who
spent his life-giving. in the last seven decades. Drucker received his primary
education in a small country like Austria. After earning his doctorate from the
University of Frankfurt in Germany, he moved to London, where he worked briefly
as an economist. Businessmen realized this two centuries ago. Most of the
managers and workers thought this was all nonsense, but also opened the way for
management education. Some owners found this route too expensive but gradually
everyone adopted it and it was included in the curriculum. It created a
miracle. Views of Peter Drucker Drucker himself considers management science to
be a wonderful technology.
Several other
units, such as General Motors, took his advice. Non-profit voluntary
organizations also took advantage of his experience. Drucker also wrote
articles for magazines such as Harvard Business Review and Wall Street for more
than 20 consecutive years.
In London, he found work as a journalist and economist. At the age of 29, he taught Political Science and Philosophy at Bennington College in the United States. He taught management at the Graduate Business School of New York University in 1950. He spent 20 years studying.
He wrote the book The End of Economic Me, in which he wrote 35 books. Drucker also served as a consultant to Quality Hearts when he believed contingency was attractive.
Peter Drucker
always conceptualized and served entrepreneurs who believed that the managers
who prospered the organization should develop themselves to greatness. He
persuaded top managers to understand your weaknesses and address them.
According to Philip Kotler, Peter Drucker was a genius at creating new ideas
and combining both the old and the new, which is why everyone today calls him
the master of management. It is a useful ideology for India.
An article by Peter Drucker reveals his visionary nature. John Keynes is a world-famous economist. Drucker says that Keynes is the only economist of the 20th century. Drucker knows the renowned economist Joseph Schumpeter as the economist of the 21st century. According to Schumpeter, in today's India, everything of the future has to be worn in the present. According to Schumpeter, whatever the company puts into the new market.
It is a type of capital investment. The telecom sector is an example of this. We have spent billions of rupees to develop the decades-old telephone service. With the advent of PCOs and mobiles, the vast society of India has come into the clutches of each other, but we have not yet fully utilized its functionality, which still requires capital investment and manhood. Drake says to look in this new direction. They say that any new technology will bring about the Great Depression in 20 years. So we have to move on. The US economy is slowly moving in that direction.
Peter Drucker's ideas
are very useful for the socio-economic development of India, he said. They
believe that in a democracy, the wastage of resources weakens the government.
Companies are weakened by corrupt practices. Therefore, the extension role of
voluntary and non-governmental organizations should be improved. He also called
Mahatma Gandhi a great entrepreneur and said that India has not developed an industry mindset as part of manpower development, he also said that after 1980
America changed the mindset of the youth.
Now they have stopped getting bigger and higher returns. He has started dreaming of implementing his independent ideas. Japan has been able to compete with the highest employment and growth rates between 1980 and 2000. No one in America sees GDP as worried about the scale of employment. China now values employment in Asia. We have left the job to God.
That's why
experts like Muhammad Yunus have given due place to employment growth.
This is all Peter Drucker said, but it will not revolutionize America, it will revolutionize India. We can't believe Drake was eight years old when he was rewarded for his life's work by US President George W.
We have adopted
various role models for our economic progress. There are many other experts and
their ideology other than Adam to be adopted. We are a poor and unemployed
country. We have more diversity than anywhere else in the world. There is
diversity between Bihar and Gujarat. Out of all this, we have to find an
ideology that suits us. In a country where there are progressive states like
Gujarat and Maharashtra and so many differences in North West, no ideology can
survive.
We need to adopt an ideology like Peter Drucker. But it cannot be considered final, where there are poor states like Sikkim, Nagaland, Mizoram, and Arunachal in the Northeast and where the educational level of the people is very low, any ideology can be adopted only with the adequate study. We are going through an economic crisis at the moment. Therefore, it is worth considering whether a holistic view can be adopted.
In addition to Drucker, many other experts went into the world. One of our experts in the Philippines revolutionized rice. Right now we have what is known as the Green Revolution. Though it has its roots, we still have to import oilseeds. Apart from the Philippines, it is imported from countries like Indonesia and Malaysia.
MS Swaminathan played a major role in this and he started a ritual revolution by discovering many new varieties in paddy. At present, there are two institutes of paddy in Delhi, both of which conduct research in paddy. Besides, bajra and jowar have not yet been revolutionized. But that doesn't mean that nothing has happened to us. The so-called Green Revolution is over.
But much remains to be done in oil and oilseeds. As a result, edible oil prices continue to rise. It is a paradox that prices rise despite so many crops. It remains to be seen how long this situation lasts.
